Goodstart Early Learning Ltd - Early Learning Fund
The Early Learning Fund provides fee relief to vulnerable children and families so they have access to quality early learning and care. ELF provides support for children living in disadvantaged circumstances who would otherwise miss out on preschool/kindergarten in the years before school. Vulnerable children stand to benefit the most from access to quality early learning, however, research consistently indicates they are the least likely to attend, due to cost and other participation barriers.
